Shipping policy
Courier Service
All orders are shipped via Pass the Parcel.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are packed and dispatched every Monday (not including public holidays).
- You’ll receive a tracking number by Monday night once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery within New Zealand usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Rural addresses may take an extra 1–2 working days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- Flat rate shipping: $8 urban / $12 rural.
- Free delivery is available on all orders over $100 (urban and rural).
- If a rural address is entered but the urban rate is selected at checkout, the rural surcharge will still apply and must be paid before your order is shipped.
Tracking
- A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- You can follow your parcel’s journey directly through Pass the Parcel’s website.
Responsibility
- Once your parcel has been lodged with Pass the Parcel, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
- Please ensure your address details are correct when placing your order.
Local Drop-Offs
We offer free drop-off within Marton every Thursday, and Palmerston North city suburbs every Monday. Just select “Local Delivery” at checkout and we’ll be in touch to coordinate. Please contact us if this option doesn't show up but you believe that your address fits within the criteria and we may be able to sort something out.
Australia Shipping
We now offer shipping to Australia.
All Australian orders are sent via NZ Post International Economy.
This is the most affordable option and includes basic tracking.
Flat rate shipping to Australia: $30
Delivery usually takes 3–10 working days after dispatch, depending on location and customs processing.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to international transit delays, weather, or peak periods.
Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
