Refund policy
All sales are final- please choose carefully.
Because most items are vintage or second‑hand, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
Exceptions
- If an item arrives not as described (e.g. major fault not mentioned in the listing), please get in touch within 3 days of delivery.
- I’ll work with you to sort it out- either a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
Condition Notes
- Every item is listed with clear photos and descriptions.
- Vintage pieces often show signs of age or wear- this is part of their charm.
Process
- If you believe your item qualifies for a return, email me with your order number, photos, and details.
- Refunds are processed once the item is returned in the same condition it was sent.
- If an item is deemed faulty after inspection, I will refund the return shipping cost. If the item is not faulty, return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility and original shipping is non‑refundable.
Lost Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier service. If a parcel is delayed or goes missing, I will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Refunds for lost parcels can only be issued once the courier has completed their investigation. If the courier does not compensate the loss, I am unable to refund the shipping cost, but I will refund the item value.
